The Arizona Department of Education has rolled out a new online school report card system.
The system, dubbed AZ Dash, is available now for public use at www.azreportcards.com
Included in the user-friendly report cards are aggregated AIMS and other test results, contact information for schools, and 2013 A-F letter grades for schools, districts and charter holders across the state.
“This new website will help (parents) better understand how schools are performing, so that they can make informed decisions and find the right school for their children,” Arizona schools chief John Huppenthal said.
The Arizona Department of Education is also planning a series of future rollouts that will add detailed accountability measures and information about staff and student populations to each report card, he said.
