The Marana Unified School District has named a new assistant superintendent.
Starting July 1, Kristin Reidy, principal of Marana Middle School, will replace Pamela Galloway who resigned.
Reidy has served as a teacher, coach and school administrator since joining the Marana district in 2002.
Reidy possesses a strong knowledge of academic interventions and supports, curriculum and research-based instructional practices, and school leadership.
