The families of Roman Nieto, 20, in photo above, and Guillermo Ortiz-Morales, 26, right, are asking for the public’s help in finding the person who shot and killed the two men at a southside park on June 7. The men were killed at Mission Manor Park in the 6100 block of South 12th Avenue. Detectives learned that Nieto and Ortiz-Morales got into a verbal argument with a man who then pulled out a handgun and shot them. The gunman left the park in a dark-colored car, possibly a Dodge or a Chrysler. Anyone with information can call 911 or 88-CRIME.
