My Big Fat Greek Restaurant, a Phoenix-based chain, is scheduled to open its second Tucson location on Monday at 7131 E. Broadway.
The restaurant will hermit-crab its way into the former home of Rockin’ Baja Lobster, a San Diego seafood chain that lasted a little more than a year in the Old Pueblo.
Big Fat Greek already has eight locations throughout the state, with plans to open branches in Nevada, New Mexico and Texas, according to its Web site.
Its other Tucson location, at 95 W. River Road, opened in July 2007.
