Young Tucson violinist with arthritis plays Bach
Kayla Baker, 13, has juvenile polyarticular arthritis, but she doesn’t let this chronic disease prevent her from playing sports, such as karate, running or soccer. She is also an accomplished violinist who plays in the orchestra at Marana Middle School. She is also part of a trio and Tucson Junior Strings.
