Arizona Complete Health sanction

Arizona Complete Health, formerly Cenpatico Integrated Care, was hit with a $125,000 sanction from AHCCCS on Jan. 25 for failures which put it in violation of its AHCCCS contract assuring the insurer would provide timely and accurate claims processing.
