On Dec. 21, environmental lawfirm Earthjustice issued a notice of intent to sue the Army Corps of Engineers for alleged violations of the Endangered Species Ac. The allegations stem from the federal agency's approval of a crucial Clean Water Act permit for the controversial Villages at Vigneto housing development.
