Another defensive back has committed to the Arizona Wildcats following a weekend of official visits at the UA — and it's another one from Texas.
Three-star 2027 Dallas-area safety Luke Stevens committed to the Wildcats Monday morning. Stevens pledged to Arizona over Houston, Baylor, Kansas State and UNLV, among others.
Stevens joined Houston cornerback Jaylen Oliver, who also committed on Monday, as defensive commitments in Arizona's 2027 recruiting class.
Stevens, a North Richland Hills, Texas native, is a multi-sport athlete at Fort Worth Christian. Stevens is also a track star at Fort Worth Christian and holds the school record for the fastest 100-meter dash (10.53 seconds).
Arizona now has six players in its 2027 recruiting class. The Wildcats are expected to land more recruits this week.
