Long Island, New York, singer-songwriter Mikey Wax is an emerging big deal.
He's recorded three albums and is signed to Universal Records imprint Toucan Cove.
His music has been widely featured on TV — "The Ghost Whisperer," " Switched at Birth," "Pretty Little Liars," and the 2012 Summer Olympics on NBC.
And it' on YouTube, where we find him having a little fun this month mashing up Taylor Swift's "Shake it Off" and Meghan Trainor's "All ABout That Bass."
Newsflash for anyone who hasn't bothered turning on their radio or reading a celebrity mag in the past month or so: Taylor Swift is no longer a country artist. Her new album "1989" marks her official pop music coming out party.

Wax uploaded the video Oct. 16 and it already has more than 35,000 views. It's a man's visit to a woman's world, which is what makes this so much fun. But don't take my word for it; check it out.
