If you're looking for a last-minute Christmas gift — or perhaps Happy New Year present at this late date — for an HGTV buff or the person who has everything, here's just the ticket.
Designer Showhouse 2007 tickets are on sale now. They're available for $15 per person before Feb. 10. After that date, tickets cost $20.
Next year's showhouse not only offers new ideas for inside and outside the home, it also supports the arts in Tucson.
The event raises money for the Tucson Museum of Art and has been since 1983. Designer Showhouse 2007 runs March 10-April 15.
Expect to find the latest decorating and remodeling ideas as well as resources for the latest colors, furniture and accessory ideas for homes.

The home chosen for the event is set in the picturesque location of the new Villa Toscana area of the Catalina Foothills near North Swan and East River roads.
Custom-home builder Gene DeVitis was able to construct the home according to designers' wishes and produced a sturdy yet visually appealing structure for visitors, said Ann Stables, spokeswoman for the Tucson Museum of Art League Showhouse.
Design Showhouse will include events to entice all five senses. Visitors will be treated to daily luncheons in the garden, cooking demonstrations by local chefs, demonstrations by showhouse designers and an on-site boutique.

Tickets can be purchased at House 'N Garden, 250 W. Wetmore Road; Contents Interiors, 3401 E. Fort Lowell Road; Studio Encanto, 300 S. Park Ave. in the Lost Barrio; Tucson Museum of Art, 140 N. Main Ave.; and Sunset Interiors & Design Studio, 16250 N. Oracle Road.
The event will also feature "Sip, Sample, Savor," a preview party and tasting tour, on March 9. Tickets are available for $100 per person. Those interested in the daily luncheons must make reservations by 3 p.m. the day before the visit. Cost is $12.
