Ingredients needed:
Sticky rice
Seaweed

Sesame seed
Sliced avocado
Sliced cucumber
Sliced crab meat
Garnishes:
Wasabi - Japanese horseradish
Pickled ginger
Soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Sushi should be served with wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce. Typically, a bit of wasabi is mixed with soy sauce. Pickled ginger is used to cleanse the pallet between bites.
STEP 1
Lay a thick layer of rice on the seaweed and sprinkle with sesame seed
STEP 2
Turn over so seaweed is facing up. Put the avocado, cucumber and crab meat in the center.
STEP 3
Roll end to end and slice into 1-inch pieces.
