A Tucson man was indicted Wednesday on federal child pornography charges.
Jason Farineau was charged with one count of distribution and one count of possession of child pornography after federal authorities found six images on a hard disk in his home on July 11, 2008, according to an indictment filed in U.S. District Court.
Farineau is scheduled to be arraigned May 21.
