Ochoa parent speaks against magnet closures

Cesar Aguirre, the father of an Ochoa Community Magnet School student, argues that TUSD magnet schools should be judged on whether student achievement improves, not on integration measures. He was introducing a community forum at El Casino Ballroom on Monday, Nov. 9, 2015.
