Rodent droppings, clogged sink among reasons 14 restaurants fail July health inspections

After 32 restaurants failed inspections in June, 14 restaurants failed scrutiny by the Pima County Health Department in July. Eleven passed follow-up inspections in July and three are awaiting re-inspection.
