Letter: Taxes and Musk

Reading a well thought out answer regarding taxes was inspiring. I want to thank Lawrence Mazin for coming up with a plan that would keep seniors from the anxiety that this administration is causing and tax those that have the most responsibility. Too bad the Muskrat isn't smart enough to come up with a similar plan. Unfortunately for the rich that now run the government, that would keep them from making ungodly amounts of money without paying their fair share. Why would they want that? The Muskrat said the government will go broke if we don't cut programs that aid millions. Why not tax the wealthy the way Eisenhower did? Top earners paid 42-46% in taxes. Now they only pay 22-26%. Imagine how much that 20% increase would help cut the deficit. I can.
