Casino Del Sol announced Thursday that its newest location, Casino Del Sol Vahi Taaʼam on Grant Road at I-10, will open on Nov. 15.
Vahi Taa’am will have many of the same designs and features as the flagship location on West Valencia Road. The casino will have a 52,334-square-foot gaming floor with 924 slot machines, including 56 high-limit games.
It will also feature seven bar-top gaming stations, table games and a sportsbook offering wagering on all major sports.
The property will feature two restaurants: Old Pascua Grill, a 174-seat restaurant; and Sewa Market, a fusion of UME, StreetScape and Abuelita's Taqueria, all of which are restaurants at the flagship location. Three bars will open: OP Grill Bar, Center Bar and High Limit Bar.

“Casino Del Sol, Vahi Taaʼam is built on Old Pascua Community land, and it carries that meaning with it. November 15 cannot come soon enough,” said Julian Hernandez, chairman of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, in the news release.
“We look forward to opening these doors, to welcoming the nearly 500 people who will work within these walls, and to bringing this experience to the heart of Tucson,” said Amanda Sampson Lomayesva, interim CEO of Casino Del Sol.
