A 14,000-square-foot Japanese food hall inspired by Tokyo’s famous alleyway dining scene is coming to Scottsdale in 2028. The project will feature at least 15 specialty food stalls, with menus developed by chefs from across Japan serving everything from ramen and yakitori to regional Japanese favorites.
