WACO, Texas -- Arizona wing Anthony Dell'Orso is expected to play for the Wildcats against Baylor on Tuesday after undergoing extensive rehabilitation since he injured his left ankle on Saturday at Houston.
However, forward Koa Peat is not expected to play after going through only limited warmups. Peat has missed the Wildcats' past two games with a lower-leg injury he suffered initially on Feb. 7.
Dell'Orso injured his foot late in the the Wildcats' game at Houston on Saturday, suffering both a sprained ankle and a foot muscle strain. UA trainer Justin Kokoskie said Dell'Orso immediately worked with him to rehabilitate the injury Saturday night and also spent 15 hours doing so on both Sunday and Monday.
"He's tough as hell," Kokoskie said.
Both Dell'Orso and Peat were listed as a "game time decision" on the official availability report Arizona sent to the Big 12, meaning the ultimate decision would not be made until after warmups, but Dell'Orso did not appear to be limited while testing his ankle during warmups Tuesday.
