Deal expands Sharp Decisions’ presence into Denver and Phoenix,
providing a home base in the Mountain West region
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sharp Decisions, Inc. has announced it has acquired Mountain West
staffing firm CN-TEC in an asset purchase transaction. Financial terms

under the Sharp Decisions banner, Sharp Decisions establishes a foothold
in the Mountain West region with operating centers in Denver, Colo. and
Phoenix, Ariz. Post transaction, the company’s headcount now
approximates 500, servicing its distinguished client base nationwide.
The acquisition also advances Sharp Decisions’ focused growth strategy
and expands its presence in the strategic business and technology
consulting solutions marketplace.
In conjunction with the transaction, Steve Byas and Molly Gravatt,
founders of CN-TEC and seasoned industry executives, have joined the
Sharp Decisions executive leadership team. Byas and Gravatt will have
primary responsibility for the leadership of the Arizona and Colorado
offices, respectively, and their presence brings incremental strong and
experienced leadership to the Sharp Decisions platform.
