Seven Tucson-area restaurants failed Pima County Health Department inspections in February, but all were reinstated after passing reinspections. They were:
• Char's Thai, 5039 E. Fifth St.
• Cilantro's, 8270 S. Houghton Road.
• Executive Inn and Suites of Tucson, 333 W. Drachman St.
• Jethro's Little Cafe, 917 W. Prince Road.
• The Taco Shop, 1655 S. Alvernon Way.
• Thuan Kieu, 1190 W. Orange Grove Road.
• Yoshimatsu Healthy Japanese Eatery, 2660 N. Campbell Ave.
In most cases - but not all - the restaurant owners and managers who responded did not contest the citations and said they modified procedures and instructed employees to come into compliance.
