Tucson music fans have a tough call tonight: alternative-rock pioneers Jane's Addiction at Tucson Music Hall or upstart rock super band Chickenfoot at Casino del Sol's AVA.

• Jane’s Addiction with The Duke Spirit start at 8:30 p.m. at Tucson Music Hall, 260 S. Church Ave. Expect an evening of theatrics and borderline raunch from front man Perry Farrell.

• Familiar names comprise the upstart rock super band Chickenfoot: rock guitarist Joe Satriani, drummer Kenny Aronoff and Van Halen refugees Michael Anthony and Sammy Hagar.
