The pop-punk band rolls into Rialto Theatre today for its first Tucson show in five years. Back then they were a quartet; now it's a duo with frontman and multi-instrumentalist Brendon Urie and drummer-percussionist Spencer Smith.
The Las-Vegas based band debuted in 2005 and maintains a dapper, 1920s theatricality in their look and sound. They frequently pose and perform in vests, suit jackets, bow ties, suspenders and even top hats.
