Bravo Two LLC paid $815,000 to KMSB Tucson Property Holdings LLC for a 17,177-square foot office building at 1855 N. Sixth Ave. Brandon Rodgers, with Cushman & Wakefield/PICOR, represented the buyer; Tom Nieman of Cushman & Wakefield/PICOR and Todd Awe with TAG Realty represented the seller.
