El Pueblo community is offering a Fun Fitness Day. Grab your friends and family and for an outdoor Zumba class by El Rio’s Ernie Perez and a Family Fun Walk led by Kimiro DeBose, that is an interactive Scavenger Hunt filled with health and wellness tips along the way.
The Chuk-son Trail – Exploring the Urban Wild

Ironwood Tree Experience Urban Field Station, 439 N. Sixth Ave, Suite 187
Ironwood Tree Experience Youth Action Corps and staff lead a stroll along a section of the new Chuk-son Trail. This eye-opening nature and history walk passes through the heart of Tucson from the Ironwood Tree Experience — Urban Field Station to the El Tiradito Shrine in Barrio Viejo. The Chuk-son Trail is a informal interpretive trail meandering along the fascinating avenues, arroyos and alleys of Tucson.
Ride to Remember and Renew

Banner-University Medical Center, 1501 N. Campbell Ave.
Road bikes ride to commemorate the events of Jan. 8, 2011 and kick off 2017 with a commitment to strengthen body, mind and soul. This group bike ride will begin on the front lawn of Banner-University Medical Center and travel west to the Santa Cruz. It will then head north to the Canada Del Oro wash and follow the Christina-Taylor Green Parkway to the end.
Tucson Medical Center Beyond Healing Art Walk

TMC hosts an art walk to revel in fine art, beauty on the TMC campus for the annual Beyond celebration.
Arizona Trail Hike or Ride

Experience the inspiring effects of nature on a hike, mountain bike or horseback ride along this spectacular piece of the Arizona National Scenic Trail. This casual outing offers incredible views of the surrounding mountain ranges, as well as Davidson Canyon and Cienega Creek Nature Preserve.

Beyond Rhythms for Peace and Joy Drumming Circle

Jam2Grow presents “Beyond Rhythms: Movement for Peace & Joy, which will be hosted by Trinidad-born musician/therapist named Richard Noel and his business partner/co-facilitator Sherrie Cox. This should be an exuberant and a family- fun filled segment of rhythm, percussion, and dance for community reconciliation, peace, joy and rejuvenation.

Epic Rides and Tucson Medical Center are the hosts at the Tucson Hop Shop for of an afternoon of bike and brews, and a drop-in to the 18th annual 24 Hours in the Old Pueblo. With viewings of Trails In Motion Film Festival and food from You Sly Dog, this is a bike-in not to be missed.
Storytelling and Scavenger Hunt at Valley of the Moon

Meet Me at Maynards Walk/Run at Armory Park special beyond

Armory Park, 221 S. Sixth Ave.
Meet at Beyond for walk/run leaving from the northwest corner of Armory Park (not the usual Hotel Congress). Young and old, human and canine (on a leash), can walk or run as far as they like. The full route is four miles, winding through downtown and fourth Avenue, including a jaunt across the Snake Bridge.
