Last spring, cellist Harvey Wolfe and his DayStar Chamber Players performed a concert in the Hill Farm neighborhood clubhouse.
It was a small space — about 50 people could fit comfortably — the ideal setting for intimate chamber music, Wolfe said in a recent e-mail.
Wolfe said the concert was such a success they planned another, for this Sunday afternoon. Because seating is limited, reservations are a must, and admission is a $12 donation.
Wolfe, a retired Cleveland Orchestra cellist, joins violinists Carla Kountoupes and Mimi Papp, and violist Christine Swanson. The program includes music of Mozart, Haydn, Schubert, Turina and Gershwin.
The Old Fort Lowell Neighborhood Association and the Hill Farm Homeowners Association will present a similar concert at Old Fort Lowell's Spanish chapel in the spring, Wolfe said.
