The last time he was on a Tucson stage, Tucson native Tony Kishman was singing on behalf of dogs and cats everywhere.
He’s returning to the Fox Tucson Theatre on Saturday, May 3, to once again sing for the dogs and cats.
Tony Kishman is bringing his Paul McCartney tribute band "Live & Let Die" show to Fox Tucson Theatre on Saturday for a benefit show for two organizations that work to rescue and treat animals.
His “Live and Let Die: The Music of Paul McCartney” show will benefit Helping Every Animal Receive Treatment (H.E.A.R.T. SW), which provides financial assistance for medical care; and Hope of Deliverance Inc., the non-profit foster-based dog rescue that partners with rural animal shelters to find dogs’ forever homes.
Kishman, a Canyon del Oro High grad who born and raised in Tucson, has spent his music career channeling the solo side of McCartney, the former Beatle. “Live and Let Die,” the theme song for the 1973 James Bond movie of the same name, is one of McCartney’s biggest hits.

Kishman created the multimedia show and has toured it around the globe.
He also was one of the creators of the popular “Classical Mystery Tour” Beatles symphony show that the Tucson Symphony Orchestra hosted in 2012. He has been creating and performing McCartney tribute shows since the early 1980s after spending six years touring with the Broadway show “Beatlemania” from 1977 to 1983.
Tucson blues rock band Garrett James and the Wanderers will open for Tony Kishman at the benefit concert on Saturday at Fox Tucson Theatre.
