Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to the United States Constitution allows for a process by which the Vice President together with a majority of the President’s Cabinet can declare the President "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office."
But, President Trump continues to fire his self-chosen Cabinet members, usually by tweet, and play musical chairs in the Cabinet Room. So, how can a majority of his Cabinet ever coalesce and arrive at a consensus about such a decision allowed by Section 4?
Oh!?
Perhaps a thoughtful member of the Washington Press Corps will address this question to White House Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, at her next news conference. Unless, of course, she first receives a tweet from her boss which reads: You’re fired!
