I began my nursing career in the Philippines in 1995, guided by a deep calling to serve others with compassion and purpose. My professional journey later took me to the United Kingdom and eventually to the United States in 2006—experiences that shaped my perspective on care, leadership, and service. For more than 20 years, I have dedicated my career to cardiac care, supporting patients and families through some of the most critical moments of their lives. Leadership is my passion, rooted in a vision to serve, uplift others, and build strong, collaborative teams. I believe exceptional patient care is achieved through teamwork, trust, and shared accountability. I am committed to developing others and fostering a culture in which nurses and other healthcare professionals feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. It is an honor to serve alongside dedicated colleagues and to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of our patients and community.
