I currently serve as the Market Director for Clinical Education and Professional Development at Northwest Healthcare. I also oversee the in-patient wound care team at Northwest Medical Center. With over 30 years of clinical and administrative experience, my career has included roles in critical care nursing, nurse recruitment & human resources, staff training/education, workforce development, emergency medical services, and higher education. I also have the pleasure of serving on the Arizona Board of Nursing Education Committee.
I completed my Doctor of Philosophy in Education, specializing in Educational Technology at Walden University. I received my Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Science degrees in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino. I also hold additional undergraduate degrees in Nursing from Loma Linda University and Emergency Medical Services from Crafton Hills College.
