My name is Dominique Estevez, LPN, I am a dedicated nurse, born and raised

in Tucson, Arizona. I have six years of experience providing compassionate,

patient centered care within the community. My passion for

Nursing is rooted in supporting patients, improving access to care, and contributing

to the overall health and well-being of the Tucson community.

I am a Licensed Practical Nurse who is IV certified, I bring strong clinical skills

with a commitment to safe, high quality patient care. I currently serve as a

LPN with Amedisys. At the time I was nominated, I was

I work with Banner Health, where I served as an LPN Immunization Coordinator

until March 6, 2026. In this position, I coordinated immunization services,

supported clinic operations, and promoted preventative care for patients across the

lifespan.

I am known for my attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and empathetic

approach to patient care. I strive to create positive experiences for patients and

collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to deliver high quality care.

Being recognized as a Top 5 LPN by the Tucson Nurses Week Foundation is an

honor, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving and uplifting the
