The Toronto Blue Jays’ first home games of the season were scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday against the Washington Nationals, but those games will be played at Nationals Park with the Blue Jays serving as the home team.
The teams already had games against each other Monday and Tuesday in Washington
The Blue Jays said their Buffalo debut could be July 31 against Philadelphia or Aug. 11 against Miami.
“We have a lot of work to do,” team president Mark Shapiro said about the potential July 31 opener.
Here is the tentative Sahlen Field schedule:
July 31-Aug 1-2: Philadelphia (these games could be played in Philadelphia and then Phillies would be in Buffalo Sept. 18-20)
Aug. 11-12: Miami
