Flowing Wells 62, Walden Grove 28
At Walden Grove, Flowing Wells rushed for 539 yards to cruise to an easy victory and lock up the second-best record in program history (9-1). The Caballeros will likely host a home playoff game next week, which will be their first since 1997. On senior night, Walden Grove running back Louis Joseph III finished his marvelous high school career by running for 208 yards and two touchdowns.

Walden Grove quarterback Carlos Guerrero found Phillip Grajeda, who made a great diving catch in the back of the end zone for a 7-yard touchdown near the end of the first half.
Player of the game
Flowing Wells running back Dionte Flores ran for a game-high 260 yards and five TDs, scoring on plays of 15, 15, 37, 44 and 46 yards.
