expanded its cloud offerings with two new programs and capabilities.
BeyondTrust announced the BeyondTrust Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Program and an Amazon Machine Instance (AMI) of BeyondInsight available
on the Amazon Marketplace.
80% of security breaches involve privileged credentials, and with this
announcement, BeyondTrust customers have yet another method in which
they can leverage the power of its solutions to mitigate that threat
whether deployed on-premise, on virtual devices, in the Cloud or from a
Managed Services Provider.
Until now, no privileged access management (PAM) solution has existed
for Managed Service Providers to offer to their customers. By offering
market-leading, validated solutions to MSPs, BeyondTrust fills this gap
in coverage that MSPs and their customers have experienced in the past.
Additionally, the Amazon Marketplace instance of BeyondInsight –
BeyondTrust’s platform for privilege and vulnerability management –
provides a much-needed service for businesses moving into a public
cloud, and for those organizations seeking to avoid managing on-premises
technology.

With today’s announcement, BeyondTrust becomes the first fully MSP-ready
PAM solution. With choices in the past being limited to less mature,
less feature-rich on-premise or cloud solutions offered by point tool
