Columbia Drive for $6.4 million from Holualoa Cos. The buyer was self-represented. Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum, with CBRE, represented the seller.
5320 N. La Cholla LLC bought 53,120 square feet of office space at 5320 N. La Cholla Blvd. for $8.7 million from Arizona BRG LLC. The buyer was self-represented, and the seller was represented by Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum, with CBRE.
Amerco Real Estate Co. bought the former Cactus Bowl at 1630 S. Alvernon Way for $1.5 million from Cactus Bowl Inc. Pete Villaescusa, Jesse Peron, Michael Laatsch and Jami Savage-Gray, with CBRE, brokered the sale.
Wildcat Equities LLC bought Palm Garden Apartments, a 38-unit apartment complex at 2302 E. Fort Lowell Road, from PGA Partners LLC for $1.2 million. Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented both parties.
