Harsch Investment Properties bought 130,000 square feet of industrial space at 2901 E. Elvira Road for $9.9 million and 57,263 square feet of industrial space at 3700-3716 E. Columbia Drive for $6.4 million from Holualoa Cos. The buyer was self-represented. Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum, with CBRE, represented the seller.

5320 N. La Cholla LLC bought 53,120 square feet of office space at 5320 N. La Cholla Blvd. for $8.7 million from Arizona BRG LLC. The buyer was self-represented, and the seller was represented by Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum, with CBRE.

Amerco Real Estate Co. bought the former Cactus Bowl at 1630 S. Alvernon Way for $1.5 million from Cactus Bowl Inc. Pete Villaescusa, Jesse Peron, Michael Laatsch and Jami Savage-Gray, with CBRE, brokered the sale.

Wildcat Equities LLC bought Palm Garden Apartments, a 38-unit apartment complex at 2302 E. Fort Lowell Road, from PGA Partners LLC for $1.2 million. Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented both parties.

Titan Terminal Properties LP bought a 14,015 square-foot industrial warehouse at 5969 S. Belvedere Ave. from DeCook Properties LLC for $850,000. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the buyer, and Picor’s Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall represented the seller.

Dragon’s Deep Exploration bought 4,581 square feet of retail space at 7320 E. Broadway for $408,413 from Gene and Harold McCullough. The buyer was self-represented, and the seller was represented by Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron, with CBRE.

Catalina Real Property LLC bought an improved pad at 3925 E. Fort Lowell Road from Puente Nuevo Development LLC for $310,000. Rick Kleiner, with Picor, represented the seller, and broker Wayne R. Rutschman represented the buyer.

Peck Real Estate Properties LLC bought a 5,000-square-foot industrial building at 521-523 W. Grant Road from Jump-ramp Commercial Properties LLC for $250,000. Chuck Blacher, of Tucson Realty & Trust Co., represented both parties.

Only $1-$2-$3 Fashion leased 4,834 square feet at 2455 N. Campbell Ave. from River of Live Trust. Jeff Zellet, with Picor, handled the transaction.
