- M.A.O.R.I. LLC bought a 12,000-square-foot industrial building at 2030 N. Forbes Blvd. from Alamos Ventures LLC for $1 million. Brandon Rodgers, with Picor, represented the seller and Nicolas Chavira, with Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer.
- 1365 Warehouse LLC sold a 6,000-square-foot industrial building at 1365 E. Warehouse Ave. to Ace Vending II LLC for $255,000. Gary Emerson of GRE Partners LLC represented the seller and Chuck Corrier and Jessica Rubin of KW Commercial represented the buyer.
- The Izzo Revocable Living Trust purchased 29,185 square feet of vacant land at 2360 W. Wetmore Road from Pamela L. Potts and Richard L. Pittman for $112,000. Chuck Blacher of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the buyer and Anthony Reed of Long Realty represented the seller.
