Leases
Bright Star Healthcare, a home-health provider, has leased 1,414 square feet of office space at 2330 N. Tucson Blvd. Bright Star was represented by Bruce Suppes with CBRE. The landlord, Grand and Tucson Blvd LLC was represented by Melissa Lal with Larsen Baker.
Rodney D. Young Insurance Agency leased 1,500 square feet in St. Mary’s Plaza from Tucson St. Mary’s Plaza LLC, with plans to open a Fred Loya Insurance office. Dave Hammack and Rick Borane of Volk Co. represented the landlord; the tenant was represented by Donald Z. Lieberman of KW Commercial.
