Pulte Homes has purchased 115 acres of land in Northwest Tucson with plans to build 101 homes.
The parcel, on the southeast corner of North Thornydale Road and West Lambert Lane, was sold by Hawks AZ Land LLC for $5.3 million, records from the Pima County Recorder’s Office show.

The yet-to-be-named subdivision will have enhanced amenities and open space, the company says.
No timeline for construction, home sizes or prices has yet been announced.
