• Ministeros Vida Abudante of Tucson bought vacant land at 5700 S. Palo Verde Road for $500,000. The seller was Daniel J. Fitzgerald of Chandler.
• The University of Arizona Foundation bought commercial property at 44 E. Broadway from The Providence Service Corp. of Tucson for $334,000, cash.
