The Tucson Festival of Books is March 15-16 on the University of Arizona campus. As the third-largest book event in the nation, this free festival attracts over 300 presenting authors and expects 130,000 to 140,000 people to attend.
To help you make the most of the festival, a panel discussion, Navigating the Tucson Festival of Books, is at 6 p.m. Monday, March 10, at the Marshall Auditorium at Tucson Medical Center, 5301 E. Grant Road.
During this free, hour-long session, panelists will discuss
- The layout of the festival.
- Parking options.
- New features and changes for this year.
- Tips for first-time attendees as well as returning festival-goers.
- How to maximize the use of the festival app.
- Last-minute volunteer opportunities.
As part of the festival tradition, there will be a free raffle for exciting festival swag. And, of course, a Q&A at the end.
