I serve as Chief Nurse at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System, where I provide strategic leadership across specialty ambulatory services. With more than three decades of nursing experience, I am recognized for my commitment to operational excellence, quality outcomes, and the advancement of Veteran-centered care.

I have led initiatives that strengthen patient safety, expand access to specialty services, and enhance interdisciplinary collaboration. Under my leadership, programs have achieved national accreditation, supported innovative research partnerships, and advanced clinical excellence throughout the organization. I am deeply committed to mentorship, professional development, and fostering environments where nurses feel empowered, supported, and equipped to lead.

Grounded in servant leadership, I believe nursing is both a calling and a privilege. I remain devoted to honoring Veterans through compassionate, evidence-based care while cultivating resilient, high-performing teams.
