"He is really everything a Division 1 football program is looking to find," Wasden told the site. "He had a ton of interest this spring. A number of Division 1 schools we had not seen at Mobile Christian came in to take a look. He had a bunch of offers, and I would guess some more will come despite his commitment."
The Scout.com recruiting service lists the 6-foot-1, 197-pound Young as a two-star recruit. He chose Arizona over offers from Mississippi State, Louisiana Tech and others, and recently visited USC and UCLA.
