• Oracle Fort Lowell LLC paid $425,000 for 4,593 square feet of industrial space at 3200 N. Oracle Road from Bank of the West. Brandon Rodgers and Peter Douglas, industrial specialists with PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the seller.
• Jefferson Capital Property Holdings LLC purchased the Oracle Innkeeper, also known as College Place apartments, at 1601 N. Oracle Road from ROI Properties LLC, as receiver for Oracle Innkeeper LLC. It paid $3 million for the property, which has 196 units on about 270,600 square feet of land. Hank Amos of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the buyer, and Beth Jo Zeitzer of ROI Properties LLC represented the seller.
LEASES
• Jacobs Field Services subleased 8,823 square feet at 333 E. Wetmore Road from Brown and Caldwell. PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Stephen D. Cohen, Russell W. Hall and Tom Nieman, as well as Eric Olofson from Cushman Wakefield in Los Angeles and Dean Panfili from Cassidy Turley in California were involved.
