One of the most anticipated will be run by the owners of El Coqui, the Caribbean restaurant that closed its doors in June. Husband-and-wife team Liz and Joseph Gonzalez hope to have their own food trailer up and running later this month.

Flagstaff's popular Diablo Burger, which emphasizes local food sourcing, is coming to the Rialto block downtown this spring.

El Diablo owner Derrick Widmark also plans to open the Good Oak Bar in a connecting space at 316 E. Congress St.
Proper, a "rustic, farm-to-table restaurant" that will offer brunch and dinner seven days a week, is set to open at 300 E. Congress St.

Chef/owner Stephen Hurd expects to open Relish Kitchen and Wine Bar on Jan. 16 in the spacious digs that Create Cafe vacated a few weeks ago at 4660 E. Camp Lowell Drive.
Five Palms, expected to open next month, plans to include a fine-dining restaurant, wine bar, bar and grill, wine store, banquet hall and corporate club. It's located at 3500 E. Sunrise Drive, in the space that housed the venerable Terra Cotta, which closed in January 2009.
