Dancers, the great choreographer Martha Graham once said, are the messengers of the gods.
And Zuzi Dance Company will deliver a load of them this weekend.
Zuzi's "Gotta Have HeART! No Frills Dance Happenin' " is slated for 7:30 p.m. today and Saturday.
Today, the concentration will be on youth, with dance groups from Utterback, Pistor, Capoeira Mandinga Tucson and TAZZ Dance Group joining Zuzi members for some energetic dancing.
Saturday, it's the adults' turn, with independent artists joining the Zuzi dancers.
There will be a variety of dance styles, and lots of dancers with solid messages from those gods to pass on - such as: Have fun, indulge in art and support your local artists.
