A Sierra Vista man was arrested Tuesday in connection with a case involving an ongoing sexual relationship with a teen girl, authorities said.
Jessie Blair, 34, was booked into the Cochise County jail on suspicion of sexual conduct with a minor, aggravated luring of a minor and sexual exploitation of a minor, states a Sierra Vista Police Department news release.
He is being held in lieu of $45,000 bail.
On Tuesday at about 4 a.m., Blair was stopped while entering Fort Huachuca through the Van Deman gate. Military police discovered that Blair was transporting a 17-year old girl who was reported as a runaway, according to the release.
Sierra Vista police began an investigation, and found out that Blair had allegedly been having a sexual relationship with the teen since 2014, states the release.

Shortly before 6 p.m. Tuesday, police executed a search warrant at Blair's residence in the 4000 block of Desert Springs Trail, and he was taken into custody.
