Harrison Phillips is back to being a healthy inactive for the Buffalo Bills.
A week after leading the team's defensive tackles in snap counts against the New England Patriots, Phillips will be a healthy inactive for the third time in the Bills' past four games. Without Phillips, the Bills will have five defensive ends active among nine defensive linemen.
The Bills' other healthy inactives against Seattle on Sunday are tight end Lee Smith and rookie quarterback Jake Fromm. The team's other inactives – cornerback Josh Norman (hamstring), center Mitch Morse (concussion), running back Taiwan Jones (hamstring) and running back T.J. Yeldon (back) – are all dealing with injuries.
Left guard Cody Ford, who missed the past two games with a knee injury, is active for the Bills. He was questionable on the final injury report. Defensive tackle Vernon Butler (groin), defensive end Darryl Johnson Jr. (knee) and tight end Dawson Knox (calf) are all also in the lineup for the Bills despite being listed as questionable on the final injury report.

The home of the Buffalo Bills has been known by many names. On March 30, 2021, it was announced that Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York secured the naming rights and the stadium will now be called Highmark Stadium.
