Nancy Discher is a 17-year resident of SaddleBrooke and two term Justice of the Peace seeking a third term. Nancy's background includes 30 years as a Judicial Officer, healthcare executive, and Fortune 500 Executive Consultant. In all positions, she has been responsible for legal aspects/statutes governing the courts and healthcare settings. She has been the CNO/COO for Mount Sinai, University of Miami Cancer Hospital and Tucson Medical Center; as well as an international consultant for IBM.
Ms. Discher has made significant contributions for the Copper Corridor Courts, such as camera security and drafting of protocols for all cases affording continuity. Going forward, Nancy looks to improve court performance utilizing technology and AI tools.
Besides her executive and judicial responsibilities, Ms. Discher has been active in community affairs such as Children’s Miracle Network, American Red Cross and American Cancer Society Boards. Nancy's husband, Michael, is 20 year veteran USAF & Az Air National Guard & Delta Airlines. Nancy's son, David, is a graduate of U of AZ as an AE and employed by Raytheon. He and his wife, Cheryl, have 4 children.
