Champions award from 1to1 Media, the independent publishing division
of Peppers & Rogers Group. This award recognizes customer-centric
leaders who use innovative approaches to instill customer-focused
strategies throughout their organizations and demonstrate a positive
bottom-line impact. Cain was one of 15 executives selected as a Customer
Champion in 2015.

Avnet’s 100,000 customers in more than 115 countries, where the value
that the customer receives leads to a mutually beneficial relationship
and deep customer engagements. He is also an active member of the
community, serving on the board of advisors for the Center for Services
Leadership at Arizona State University and Chicanos por la Causa.
