If you're yearning for a cool respite from triple-digit temperatures, find your way to the "Water Walk" casein paintings exhibition through July 27 at Jane Hamilton Fine Art.
Casein is a quick-drying, aqueous medium that uses a durable, milk-based binding agent.
Artist Ingrid Williams has specialized in painting with casein since 1999.
Williams has made a name for herself around the country and has been featured on "Arizona Illustrated" on KUAT-TV.
Jane Hamilton Fine Art is at 1825 E. River Road, Suite 111. Summer hours are 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and Thursday evenings in July from 6 to 9 p.m. Admission is free. 529-4886.

It is a collaboration between Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation and the Tucson Pima Arts Council.
The exhibit at the gardens, 2150 N. Alvernon Way, is free. Exhibit hours are 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. daily, but it is a good idea to call ahead of time (326-9686, Ext. 16) to ensure the room is not occupied by a class.
