The Secular Humanist Jewish Circle will present a lecture and discussion about the therapeutic uses of medical marijuana from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Feb. 7, at the Murphy-Wilmot Library, 530 N. Wilmot Road.
Glenn Ozalan, a naturopathic physician, medical director of the Catalina Hills Dispensary and an agent at the dispensary, will discuss the uses of medical marijuana and the health conditions for which it is used. He will discuss possible benefits, risks, side effects, who is eligible, how to apply for a card and the marijuana products that are available. A discussion will follow the lecture.

Refreshments will be served. Participants are asked to bring a snack to share and a cash donation for the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.
